This week has been a slow week. Although I have updated my website with new content, it has still been slow because after the content was uploaded, most of my time went to just scanning. All changes and updates listed here are from Monday 20th October 2025 - Sunday 26th October 2025!

2.) I have also updated my “By Camera” sections of the website to feature these works as well. Tuesday 21st October
Slow day of Scanning:
1.) I spent my time today just scanning my Polaroids. I’ve started to use Study Stream again. Study Stream is software where you can go into different focus rooms with strangers and turn your webcam on. Microphones are obviously muted and it is so you can study or get in with work without distractions and it feels like you’re doing it with other people. It works really well and I find myself getting more done. Wednesday 22nd October
Slow day of scanning:
1.) I sent my time again today scanning my Polaroids in and I got a lot done but also nothing at all. I’ve also started doing my edits to them. This will take a while but I need to power through. The weather isn’t great and so there isn’t really much else that I can do apart from this until the weather clears up again. I spent the day on Study Stream while doing this work. 2.) I am thinking of going live on twitch. I thought it could be cool to livestream myself doing work. I could show my editing and scanning process and I could also start doing IRL Streams where I csn go out and stream myself on Photo Walks or I could make videos and put them up on YouTube. Thursday 23rd October
Slow day of scanning:
1.) Today I scanned more Polaroids. I didn’t really do much else apart from that. I did edit some photos but not many. I used Study Stream again. Friday 24th October
Slow day of scanning:
1.) I was going to go out and take some photos but I decided not to because I need to save my film. 2.) I scanned more Polaroids and I've done some editing today. Although not all are up yet and it's going to be a while until they are, I have added a few Polaroids from 2023. I still have hundreds left to do, some from Egypt and South Korea too! Removal of dust and hairs will be a pain when it comes to the Egypt ones because they are Black Framed Polaroids so dust and hairs will be much more apparent on those than on the regular white frames. I have since started editing the polaroids from Egypt and it isn't taking as long as I thought. I used Study Stream again today. 3.) I have since added some more Polaroids to my 2023 page. You can find the page in the top navigation bar of my website. Hover over Polaroids and then click “All Polaroids”. That will take you to where you need to go. Or you can click the button below which will take you to my 2023 Polaroids.
Or if you would like to view all of my Polaroids and not just the ones from 2023 then you can click the button below.
All of the Polaroids below are ones that I have just uploaded. They were shot on a mix of three different cameras. The cameras I used for these photographs were the Polaroid Now, the Polaroid SX-70 Sonar and the Polaroid sx-70. I shot these at home, in Exeter, in Tiverton and in Seaton.
Saturday 25th October
Busy day of photographing:
1.) I was out all day today. We decided to go to Stourhead which as a national landmark in Stourton. With me I bought a polaroid camera and two 35mm film cameras. It was a little bit too cold for the polaroids and so they are very very green and I haven’t got the films developed but I shot both Kodak Ektachrome 100 and Kodak Vision 3 250d. I am very excited to get those films developed. Since it is October the trees and the nature scenery looked quite nice.2.) Once I got home I decided to go back onto Study Stream again and do some work. I have edited some more Polaroids. I’ve started on 2024’s lot but there are a few from 2023 that still need to be scanned. Sunday 26th October
Slow day of scanning:
1.) Today I loaded up Study Stream again and got to work on scanning more Polaroids. Photoshop was lagging rather badly and I think that was due to me not updating my MacBook. After updating it, things then proceeded to go quite smoothly. 2.) I have since added some more Polaroids into 2023’s page.
They were shot on a mix of two different cameras. The cameras I used for these photographs were the Polaroid Lab and the Polaroid SX-70. I shot these in the sky, Hurgahda International Airport and Hotel Tropitel in Sal Hasheesh in Egypt
3.) I have also started making changes to the website, specifically the film phoyography. Up until now, I was including 2023, 2024, and 2025’s work within the same portfolio page. This was nice because you get everything on the same page however there were problems and I have run into some limitations. I can only have 60 pages within the same portfolio page and I am just about to near that mark. There is also too much on the same page and so as of now, I am starting to split each year up into a separate page.
