Honiton Charter Day 2026

The images below were shot digitally on my Nikon D800

I will speak more about my experience down below…

We decided to visit the Honiton Charter Day in Honiton. We were only there for about half an hour but I decided to take some photos.
Even though I was only there for a short amount of time, I still enjoyed walking around. This would also give me some good experience with my new Nikon DSLR. I shot in Aperture Priority which I think worked really well. I really like the colours of these images and this time I focused more on the actual event itself unlike one of the last shows which I focused more on the classic cars.
Photographing this event also gave me more experience in photographing others. Sometime I get worried about photographing others because I think people will get angry at me however I need to remember that this is a public event and there are going to be people like me there with a camera. All in all I am really very happy with these images and I do think that I would like to visit events like these are often in the future.
