The images below were shot on the Olympus 35DC (roll 14).

I will speak more about my experience down below…

KODAK PORTRA 160

I decided to go to London for a few days with my friend. I’m not sure if i’ll do that again for a while. It’s not because I didn’t have a fun time with my friend but because I was very anxious there. I had a real dangerous experience with a drug addict and we almost got attacked and robbed. It was also very busy and I just felt unsafe the entire time. With that aside, I really do like these images. Although I didn’t take many while in London, I think the ones that I did, came out quite well.
These photos of London would actually be the last few images that I was to shoot for quite some time. Due to personal reasons and my mental health, It wasn’t until near the end of the year in November that I would pick my camera back up and finish off the roll which would then spark my love for photography once again.
In November I went with my Mum and Dad on a cruise around the Canary Islands. It was my first time on a cruise and so I decided to bring this roll, another roll of 35mm Film and a few packs of Polaroid Film. I finished up this roll of Portra 160 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It was there where I decided to purchase some art supplies because I wanted to learn how to draw. I think this was a mistake as it took away my fun from the cruise because I was too pre-occupied drawing. After the cruise I would stop drawing but I think I need to pick that back up again at some point.
Anyway, back to the cruise. We didn’t spend much time in Tenerife and thats because my parents wanted to go back to the ship after only an hour on land and I had to go back with them. I hope I get to visit again and take a lot more photos. Hopefully I get to go with my friend.
All in all I quite like these images. A few once again came out underexposed but the vast majority did come out quite well I think. I’m not sure why they are very blue though or maybe that’s just me.
